Terms of Use
The terms of using this website.
These terms govern your use of ignitehealth.ai and any subdomains we operate. They do not govern the PrefillX product itself — that is covered by a Master Services Agreement and a Business Associate Agreement executed separately with each customer.
Who these terms are between
IgniteHealth, Inc. (“IgniteHealth,” “we”), a Delaware corporation, and you (the visitor). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is, and isn't
This site exists to tell you about IgniteHealth and our products. It is a marketing and documentation surface. It is not a product, a clinical advisory service, a medication-management tool, or medical advice of any kind. Numbers published here are explicitly labelled as modelled, projected, or measured against an internal evaluation set — see the methodology page on any claim for the exact scope.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this site lawfully and reasonably. Specifically, you will not:
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the site or its security.
- Scrape the site at a volume or rate that exceeds the limits set out in our robots.txt or which materially burdens our infrastructure.
- Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through the contact form (e.g., impersonating someone else, or submitting a colleague’s data without their consent).
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any interactive demo or sandbox we publish.
- Use the site or any data displayed on it to train machine-learning models without our written permission. Specifically: this site’s text is not licensed for LLM training.
- Use the site to send unsolicited commercial communication.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the IgniteHealth and PrefillX names and marks, the Ember logo, the methodology disclosures, the brand exploration set, the ROI calculator and other interactive components, and the design and copy throughout — is owned by IgniteHealth or licensed to us. The HL7 FHIR, NCPDP SCRIPT, USCDI, NIST AI RMF, and similar third-party standards are referenced under the licences of their respective bodies.
You may quote brief excerpts of the methodology pages for editorial, academic, or regulatory purposes provided you cite the source. For any other use — reproduction, redistribution, derivative works, or commercial reuse — please write to admin@ignitehealth.ai.
Disclaimers
- Not medical advice. Nothing on this site constitutes medical, clinical, regulatory, or legal advice. Decisions about patient care must be made by a licensed clinician using appropriate clinical judgment.
- Not a 510(k) device. PrefillX is structured to qualify as non-device Clinical Decision Support under the FDA’s 21st Century Cures Act §3060 enforcement-discretion framework. It is not a 510(k) device. The pharmacist remains the decision-maker of record on every Flagged refill.
- Forward-looking statements. Some of what we publish here is modelled, projected, or aspirational — clearly labelled as such. Forward-looking statements are not guarantees and your results, if you become a customer, may differ.
- Third-party links. Where we link to a third-party site we do so as a reference, not as an endorsement, and we do not control or warrant the content on the other side.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, IgniteHealth disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. This disclaimer does not affect the warranties IgniteHealth gives to its customers in the Master Services Agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IgniteHealth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising out of your use of the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100). Again, this clause does not affect any liability framework negotiated separately in a Master Services Agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold IgniteHealth harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for at least 30 days. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Contact
For questions about these terms, write to admin@ignitehealth.ai. For general questions, the contact page is the right entry point.
